I am currently a stay at home Mom, and my boys are out of the house from 9 to 1:30. I would love to walk your dog or just stop by and say hello to your pet in the mornings.

Safety First, for me and the animals I am caring for. I understand that all animals are different and have different needs and fears. I pride myself on being able to read an animal's body language to know if they feel unsafe or may do something harmful to themselves or those around them. Having worked extensively with animals and children I understand that pets and people need to monitored carefully when meeting each other for the first time. I also understand that animals are curios creatures and will try to get into anything that looks new and exciting. I am always on the lookout from an animal perspective of what a pet can get into.

I have been working around animals since I was 14, and my parents wouldn't let me bring a pet home. Since then I have worked with dog trainers, therapy horses, on therapy farms, with dog breeders, just so I could spend time around animals. As a mom to two little boys, I don't have the ability to take care of my own animal, but would love the opportunity to spend some time with yours. I am comfortable with all animals, of any shape and size, and have a knack of reading their body language so I can give them a positive experience. I understand caring for animals is not always about what I want to do with the animal, rather what makes the animal feel safe and comfortable.

Gila is the best! She was our neighbor for many years and has always been an animal lover (my dogs loved her!) I would trust her completely to be honest, to give loving care to your pet, and to always go beyond the basics.
