I love animals and have always had dogs and cats throughout my life until I started doing a lot of traveling and working overseas many years back. Now that I’m back, I get to love on your little friends in your home while you are away! No need to board them - I come to you! I can also take care of chickens and other critters. I’ve even taken care of a pig and a goat! I’ve house sat for friends and have done some long stay house sits (on trusted Housesitters.) I’ve had repeat clients on Rover. Your animals will be very well taken care of while you’re gone. I’ll walk them, feed them, and love on them. I’ll even take care of your plants and garden, if you like....and I will leave your house as clean as it was when you left. A note: If you have a large dog that is not good on a leash, I will have a difficult time walking them.

I keep your pets in whatever way you prefer. I’ll follow their feeding and toileting schedule and walk your dogs - usually 30 minute walks twice a day.

Gianine is a wonderful dog sitter and an equally wonderful house guest. Nicco can sometimes be slow to warm up to someone new, but he bonded quickly with Gianine. She sent us pics and updates frequently while we were away. Both Nicco and the house were well cared for.

Harmonogram
I spend 3-4 hours a day at my jewelry studio and only take house sitting jobs close by so am never gone more than 4 1/2 hours at the most. If you need me to be pretty continuous in your home, we can discuss an extra fee.
