I’m currently working part-time and my schedule is flexible and fluid. I’m open to overnight pet sitting that lasts 2 weeks or more, as I find it a fun way to get to know different neighborhoods!

Een typische dag
Cats: pets, play, love, and daily bouts of attentive connection. I also communicate with cats/animals I’m taking care of, say hi when I see arrive or tell them I leaving somewhere when I leave, etc. so they know and feel trust that I’m trying to communicate with them. Dogs: I like to play tag, run around with dogs, take them on adventures, and make them happy. A typical day is a mix of chilling together, pets, and random spurts of fun playtime (like hide and seek, tag, or getting them excited). Adventures include going on hikes, to the beach, forests and or parks. I try to take them to new places on walks, and a really fun place at least once a day, rather than just around the neighborhood.

I’ve been caring for animals for 14 years, and having my own pets taught me about understanding their body language and unique personalities. In the past years I’ve pet sat both cats and dogs and have loved forming special bonds with each one, many of which I’ll never forget. Dogs: I enjoy bringing dogs happiness by taking them on adventures, hikes, and exploring new places, so they can fill their lifetime with good experiences. I also connect with their playful spirit and know how to make dogs super happy. When I watched my friend's dog Spresso, I delighted in bringing her to new places. We ran at beaches and played tag in rock playgrounds! If felt like she was living her best life, and by the end it felt like she was one of my best friends. Cats: I just like to chill with them, love on them, play with them, and slowly build an interesting relationship with them! Cats go at a slower pace and I respect animal boundaries, even if they can’t speak verbal language!!

Gaby did a great job watching over our two 5 month old kittens when we hired her for house sitting during our 10 day trip away. The kittens were in a great mood when we got back, very calm and showing no anxiety. She sent daily updates and many pictures during her stay which helped us feel a lot better and reduced anxiety during our time away. She also kept the place clean and overall was a very pleasant person work with, especially great since this was our first time hiring for a longer sitting instead of drop ins. Thanks Gaby for all your help, I’m sure Nami & Vivi are missing you already.
Gabby was an excellent onsite sitter for my young indoor/outdoor cat Mystery while I was on vacation for a week. She was conscientious and caring and you could tell she is a true animal lover. She was respectful of my home and had good communication. There were a few unexpected with Mystery tapping into his cat instincts and Gabby navigated it all with kindness, understanding and care. I would recommend Gabby as a sitter and would welcome her back anytime!
Gabrielle was very prompt, professional and caring when she looked after my dogs. She provided excellent attention and care and spent a lot of time with them while I was out of town, and assured me that everything was all right with check-ins through text when anything came up. I highly recommend Gabrielle as a pet and house sitter!
Gaby was amazing! This was our longest sit as we were gone tor a whole month, but Gaby made it stress-free and easy. She also went above and beyond having to deal with a leak that occurred with some heavy rains and was able to move stuff around to avoid water damage and coordinate with a contractor that came by to seal things up until we were back. She kept us well informed and took excellent care of the house and the dogs. The house was in great shape and the dogs were happy. She's extremely conscientious and an ideal sitter.
