(I don’t have pets or my own, idk why it says otherwise on my profile!) I’ve taken care of dogs since I can remember. I grew up with animals all my life. I had horses, guinea pigs hamsters and dogs. Flora took great care of Cloud and kept me updated throughout the stay with regular messages and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. She was attentive to his needs, thoughtful about managing him during the hot weather, and genuinely cared about his well-being. During the booking, an unexpected incident occurred involving another dog. Despite the difficult situation, she communicated promptly, sought the necessary medical attention, and continued to care for Cloud professionally for the remainder of the booking. Overall, she was caring, communicative, and clearly dedicated to the dogs in her care. I can tell she has a big heart for animals.

Flora was a wonderful caregiver. Teddy had a great time with her. Moreover, when an unexpected issue came up and we had to change the schedule, she was incredibly helpful and even adjusted her own plans to stay with our son. She is very dedicated and always smiling. We are truly grateful to her for everything.
