As a pet owner, myself, I pay attention to how my friends treat their own, and in my experience, Ethan has always been an incredibly attentive and loving pet parent. Every time I came over to his home, I saw how happy his puppy Banksy was, and when we would go on walks or hikes together, I noticed how well-trained he was, too. Ethan had a good handle on keeping his dog enriched and happy while maintaining good leash training and making sure he was socialized to interact well with other dogs. I appreciated that I could interact with his dog by giving pets or treat rewards for good behavior, and not worry about begging, jumping, or aggression. Additionally, I know Ethan has a massive collection of rare and delicate (pet safe) plants, which take an honestly impressive amount of care and upkeep. Seeing how he carefully tends to the specific needs of each and every plant makes me pretty confident that he is capable of noticing and caring for the specific needs of different animals, too. I would describe him as a very careful, kind, and responsible person.

Ethan is one of the most attentive, knowledgeable and kind pet caregivers I’ve known. I had a 85 lb rescue bully pit mix, that in some perspectives could be considered daunting to watch, but Ethan was undaunted and non-plussed. Whenever I’d come back everyone was in high spirits, both Ethan and Ragnar (the dog) would be glad they got to spend sometime together. Always was able to fully appreciate my time away because I knew Ethan was going to hold it down.

I swear, both of my dogs are more excited to see him than they are to see me. For real though, I’m really anxious about my fur babies. So when I say I ONLY trust my mom and Ethan with my girls. I mean it. 10/10.

For six years, I have watched Ethan give so much loving care to his late dog, Banksy. Ethan has always been responsible and caring, providing love for animals in his life, and I have always admired him for that. Beyond that, in my experience, he’s always been punctual and very responsive to planning and communication. I don’t have pets, myself, but I do have very temperamental plants. Ethan has always been my first call when I need someone to care for them, and they always come back healthier than when I care for them myself!

Ethan is the type of caregiver every pet deserves! He’s loving, trustworthy, attentive, and creates a calm, happy space where every dog feels at home.

If you want a person who is almost as obsessed with your dog as you are, then hire Ethan. He is very attentive and loving, and will absolutely treat your pet like his own. He loves to go to the park, on walks, or little adventures with your pup (if you approve) and will send you updates of what they are doing together. Highly recommend!!
