For the moment I work from home and hence am available to care for pets all day, but I anticipate having to go into the office a few days a week in the near future. The rest of my family works from home (and also love dogs!) so potty breaks will never be an issue :).

While my yard isn’t fenced, I live on a large property set back from the road. I like to bring dogs out with me when I’m doing barn chores, but I keep them on a long lead in a shaded spot so there’s no chance of them getting out into the road. My family has two dogs of our own; one is anxious around new dogs (but settles down with time) and the other is very friendly and playful.

I love to get out and explore with the dogs I care for! We’ll go on walks around the farm and the neighborhood. I like to bring dogs out with me when I’m doing barn chores and put them on a long lead in the shade so they can participate from afar :).
