Young professional who loves pets!
Hi, I’m Erika! I’ve been caring for animals since I was very young and have experience with a wide variety of pets—including fish, lizards, guinea pigs, dogs, and cats. Although I couldn’t have a cat growing up due to allergies in my household, I’ve been cat-sitting for neighbors since elementary school. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, from toy poodles to mastiffs, and have experience with breeds like border collies, standard and miniature poodles, German shepherds, French bulldogs, dachshunds, goldendoodles, labs, Boykin spaniels, shih tzus, and more. I’ve also dog-sat puppies and kittens and have experience with senior pets, including administering oral medication when needed. Whether it’s regular walks, playtime, or just offering a calm, reassuring presence, I’m committed to creating a safe, comfortable environment. I also prioritize clear, consistent communication with pet owners to keep them updated and at ease while they’re away.

I don’t offer overnight stays at my own home because one of the dogs I live with doesn’t get along well with other dogs. However, I’m happy to do overnight stays at your home, where your pet is most comfortable and in a familiar environment. This way, I can provide consistent care, keep up with their routine, and ensure they feel safe and relaxed while you’re away.

Erika has watched our two standard poodles numerous times at my house. She loves my dogs so much! She is very gentle and responsible person who takes better care of animals than some pet owners do. She is a loving and kind hearted person and I would trust her with any animal any time. I highly recommend her services and I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!
