I am a fully remote employee and can accommodate your pet's schedule as needed. There are a few parks nearby for us to wander and take in new smells, and I am more than happy to take your dog for short/longer walks.

On days that the weather is beautiful, I will try to make sure walks are a must! On days where the weather is so-so, I will make sure we are all entertained inside. My job is to make sure your dog or cat feels safe, comfortable, and is well cared for while I am with them.

Hi, my name is Erika, and I recently decided to join the app because I love hanging out with dogs and cats. I've always loved animals and have grown up with a wide array of dogs, cats, lizards, and small rodents. Having recently moved to an apartment in Chicago, I currently do not have any pets, but I miss having furry friends around! I am always asked to watch my mother's two dogs and cat when she travels, and friends' pets when they travel. I’m comfortable with basic training, daily routines, walks, feeding, and understanding dog and cat behavior. I’m patient, attentive, and always focused on keeping a safe and happy environment. I’m happy to send regular photo and message updates and will follow the owners’ instructions carefully.

Erika is such an amazing dog sitter! She's watched my babygirl Luna more times than I can count and every single time has been wonderful. Luna is a giant Schnauzer with Lyme disease and arthritis, so she needs someone who's gentle with her joints and keeps an eye on her so she doesn't jump up on furniture or overdo it on walks....and not howdy does Luna love to overdo it haha. Erika is incredibly attentive, patient, and loving with her. She also is always willing to send updates and photos, and Luna comes home happy and relaxed every time. I trust Erika completely with my girl and recommend her without hesitation :))
