Emma made a great first impression — communication was strong, and she seemed to fully understand our needs. I shared that reliability was critical due to past sitter issues and that we have outdoor cameras for accountability, which she acknowledged. When the sit began, she arrived late to the first window. I let it go since it was her first visit and she did stop by briefly before work. However, when her shift ran late, there was no communication until I reached out after checking our cameras. She confirmed she’d return by 6:30pm to feed and let the dogs out — which she did — and again overnight starting at 9:30pm. Instead, she arrived after 10pm, left before 11pm, and didn’t return until 4am, despite re-confirming that day she’d stay overnight. Due to the lack of consistency and attention, we ended the sit early.

I would highly recommend Emma to anyone!! She is always great with our dogs and you can clearly tell they all love her and are always so happy to see her. She has cared for our senior dog before he passed away, who needed some extra TLC. Now she takes care of our two very strong, high energy pit mixes. She has administered medication to all of our pups when needed with no issues. She’s also great at communicating with any general questions, concerns or updates. I am confident that our pups are always in safe hands with Emma!
