Availability
While it is understandable that plans change, please be courteous and respond with any booking updates. This allows me to better maximize my time as well as better serve my clients. I am currently available for walks and drop ins before 8am and after 5pm every day. Some days have more flexibility than others, so feel free to send me a message! If a response is not received to either confirm or cancel (within 24 hours or by start of booking - whichever comes first), booking will be archived and no longer be considered by that client. Cancellation Policy is Three Day. Clients get a full refund if they cancel by noon 3 days before the stay starts.

Are they up to date on shots? How are they with cats? How are they with kids? Are they crate trained? Are they potty trained? Are they trained to walk on the leash? How are they with other dogs of different sizes, age, and energy levels? Please provide their crate, food, and bowls. You are welcome to bring their collar and leash for walks, any treats, toys, and anything that would help your dog feel comfortable.
A typical day
I go on walks throughout the neighborhood. I also have a fenced backyard where the pups get to roam around and play fetch. There is also a toy bin full of dog toys and bags of dog treats!

Pet care experience
I have been a member of Rover since 2016. I have been caring for pets of different species and sizes all my life. I have experience in giving basic training (sit, stay, lay, shake, potty training) to over 30 puppies under the age of 12 weeks. After having bad experiences with multiple sitters, I decided to become one myself. It allows me to do something I enjoy while helping others have a peace of mind at more affordable prices.

Emilyn took good care of our fur babies. She was here to feed them and let them out when she was supposed to. She played with them and petted them.
Emilyn and her family were a perfect match for our dogs. She showed them TLC every day, and helped me so much to get them supplies and services they needed.
Emilyn was THE best dog sitter we have ever had. I think she loved our dog more than we do. We got daily updates and photos of our puppy living his best life. She was incredible to work with and I can’t wait to use her again. Our dog was in the best of hands.
Our fur baby Goldie had a great time with Emilyn and her husband! We went to SDC for the Christmas lights and she was able to accommodate us on short notice. We appreciated her updates and pictures. If we are ever in Nixa again we will definitely contact her! Thanks Emilyn!
