Pet care experience
I love spending time with cats and dogs. My goal is to make sure that during the time we spend together, your pets don't just get fed/walked, they feel loved, safe, and happy. I also love running, and will gladly take your active dog on a jog through Riverside Park. I grew up with cats and small animals (mainly rats and rabbits), and I currently live with two very goofy cats. As a dogless apartment dweller, I've been lucky over the years to be able to spend time walking and hanging out with friends' and neighbors' dogs. I know that dogs and cats, just like people, require patience and reassurance, especially when they're in unfamiliar situations (like when their person is out of town). I'm willing to put in the time to learn what makes a pet feel loved and comfortable.

Emily is a wonderful dog walker. She was very flexible and accommodating of our busy schedules, and took our dogs on stimulating walks. She provided great check ins throughout the day, and really cared about our dogs’ well being. We’re definitely going to rebook with her again.

A typical day
Every dog needs something different. I'm happy to take a slow rambling walk to give your pup time to take in every little scent, a long fast walk to tire out your athlete, or anything in between. I love going to Riverside Park - it's big enough and the paths are wide enough that there's something for everyone (and no cars or street crossings to worry about).
