I currently have a flexible schedule, and only required to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I also tag-team with my husband to provide the flexibility you need to prioritize each pet’s unique schedule throughout the week.

Ein typischer Tag
For dogs with high energy, I love to take them on longer walks, or runs, if they’re capable. If available, I enjoy playing with the pup in your backyard to burn off some steam. For dogs with less energy, we can go on shorter walks for enrichment, or the local dog park, if that’s their thing. I feel comfortable differentiating between play and aggression and can keep your dog safe while having fun. For our feline friends, I consider myself an expert in cat enrichment. Whether you have toys for your cat or not, I can keep your cat entertained! My favorite game to play with my cat is “hide and seek” with the shower curtain, and sometimes we even play tag. After gaining the trust of your cat, the sky’s the limit!

I have taken care of cats and dogs throughout my life whether that be my own pets, friends, or neighbors. I have experience with both small and large dogs, as well as cats and kittens, so you can rest assured that your pet is in good hands. As a pet owner myself, I know how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your pet with a stranger. I hope to ease your mind by scheduling a meet-and-greet, either in-person or virtually, to get to know me better and answer any questions you may have. After taking a break from Rover in 2022 to focus on Physician Assistant school, I am so excited to be back and hopefully take care of your furry friend!

Emily was the absolute best when it came to caring for my little fur kid, Annabelle. Belle's is an exceptionally shy cat with severe anxiety due recently losing her bonded twin. Emily managed to navigate that shyness like a pro and even got my little girl to come out, play, and be sociable. Can't say enough great things to promote her via Rover and I truly look forward to having her care for Belle's in the future. Thank you for everything Emily!! 10 out 10 - I will always recommend.

Emily & Jon were amazing. Emily is great at keeping you updated on how your pet is doing and sending pictures and videos along with them. She made Ellie feel right at home during her stay. I highly recommend!
