To call Emerald a pet sitter feels like a profound understatement; they are an absolute godsend, a true animal whisperer, and a virtuoso of compassionate care. Leaving our home and our beloved furry family members has always been a source of anxiety for my wife, the kids, and me, but the moment we left our dog Rowdy with Emerald, that apprehension completely evaporated into thin air. From our very first encounter, it was radiantly clear that she possesses a rare, deep-seated passion for animals that transcends the typical pet-sitting service. They didn't just ask the standard logistical questions about feeding schedules and routines; they took the time to intimately understand our dogs unique quirks, distinct personalities, and favorite scratch spots. While we were away, the level of communication we received was nothing short of spectacular. We were treated to a daily symphony of vibrant, joyful photos, delightful videos, and incredibly detailed, heartwarming updates. Seeing Rowdy looking so overwhelmingly happy, playfully engaged, and thoroughly pampered brought us an indescribable peace of mind. It was abundantly obvious that our pets weren't just surviving our absence—they were thriving, bathed in affection, endless playtime, and genuine love. Returning home was the ultimate testament to Emerald's stellar professionalism and unmatched dedication. Not only did we find a happy dog, but we were greeted by profoundly calm, content, and stress-free pet. There was no sulking or frantic, anxious energy—just the serene satisfaction of animals who had been treated like absolute royalty while we were gone. Emerald was so accommodating and easy to plan with! She was flexible with us when we were running behind schedule and was excellent at communicating. It was easy to find her home and I felt completely comfortable leaving our dog, Jasper, with Emerald and her husband. She even sent us pictures so that we could see just how at home he had made himself! I would recommend her to anyone and plan to book with her again for our next trip! Thank you Emerald and family!

Emerald was so good to my pug he didn’t seem to want to leave. On my week long trip I was sent pictures of him having fun outside, getting along with her dog and just relaxing in the sun. Very friendly couple who I can’t recommend enough. I will not hesitate to use her again. Great people.

Emerald was amazing. My Sawyer loved being there, which made me feel so much better knowing that someone will give him a one on one attention, even though she has her own dog. She also made me feel like Sawyer was her own and did everything with Sawyer that her dog does. I would absolutely go back again as long as she would have Sawyer back.

You are always worry when it comes to leave your beloved , aging pet not just with someone capable- but with someone who truly knows about pets and love them! Emerald it’s not just a pet sitter to us, she is a close friend, and now after this experience even more she is like family!!! Our sweet , lovely Noir is 17 years old with heart problems and high blood pressure and every day requires special care and lots of love .Even though leaving her it was very hard we knew that wasn’t anyone else but only Emerald that could love Noir the way we do!!!! Noir was very happy at her house which is a beautiful, quiet, amazing setting , big yard house and definitely Noir’s far favorite person is Emerald , she is crazy about her!!!! Emerald did more that was expected to do, thoughtful updates, adorable photos sharing the wonderful time they had together !!!! She kept us daily with messages and the point she made us feel connected with Noir !! I could never ask for anything else, we consider ourselves very lucky having Emerald to our family and sharing Noir with her! I wholeheartedly recommend Emerald to anyone that needs a pet sitter who really knows about pets, considering that she always had and have pets but most important she is genuinely kind , caring , a heart full of love and very responsible !!!!!
