Wonderful folks! Perfect environment for our Dog. She loved our Maggie just as much as we do.

If there were a rating higher than five stars, Emerald would unequivocally deserve every single one of them. To call Emerald a pet sitter feels like a profound understatement; they are an absolute godsend, a true animal whisperer, and a virtuoso of compassionate care. Leaving our home and our beloved furry family members has always been a source of anxiety for my wife, the kids, and me, but the moment we left our dog Rowdy with Emerald, that apprehension completely evaporated into thin air. From our very first encounter, it was radiantly clear that she possesses a rare, deep-seated passion for animals that transcends the typical pet-sitting service. They didn't just ask the standard logistical questions about feeding schedules and routines; they took the time to intimately understand our dogs unique quirks, distinct personalities, and favorite scratch spots. Emerald was so accommodating and easy to plan with! She was flexible with us when we were running behind schedule and was excellent at communicating. It was easy to find her home and I felt completely comfortable leaving our dog, Jasper, with Emerald and her husband. She even sent us pictures so that we could see just how at home he had made himself! I would recommend her to anyone and plan to book with her again for our next trip! Thank you Emerald and family!

Emerald was so good to my pug he didn’t seem to want to leave. On my week long trip I was sent pictures of him having fun outside, getting along with her dog and just relaxing in the sun. Very friendly couple who I can’t recommend enough. I will not hesitate to use her again. Great people.

Emerald was amazing. My Sawyer loved being there, which made me feel so much better knowing that someone will give him a one on one attention, even though she has her own dog. She also made me feel like Sawyer was her own and did everything with Sawyer that her dog does. I would absolutely go back again as long as she would have Sawyer back.
