These days, I work from my lap top part-time, and spend the rest of my time doing what I truly love: caring for adorable dogs and cats! Making sure your dog feels safe and comfortable in my presence is my priority. I always approach pets with proper techniques that let them know I am friendly and safe. With special training, I have learned that making an animal feel comfortable takes more than just being an avid animal lover. While affection and play time are great, sometimes they need space, time alone until they build trust, and winning their trust can take patience and significant skill.

Emely is an amazing dog sitter! Our youngest is a bit skittish, and the older one a bit stand-offish, but they both take right too Emely and that is saying a lot! She Also takes care of our house really well for us while we are gone. VERY HIGHLY recommend Emely!

Schedule
Since my part-time work schedule is flexible, I’m usually available any time of the day, but my usual schedule is 9am to 10pm. Being a previous professional pet groomer means I've been professionally trained to understand how to approach dogs, understand body their language, and what signs to look for health-wise, like signs of extreme stress.
