I studied at Plumpton College when I turned 16 years old until I was 18 years old. I studied a National Diploma in Animal Management. I also studied canine behaviour and have courses course in canine behaviour. I have been a full time dog walker since I was 21 years old. I now run my own pet services (mainly pet drop ins) too, as sadly I can no longer walk dogs like I used to in groups. I started Coastal Canine Pet Services in 2019 and had to take a break due a serious health emergency. I have now bought it back with a twist, offering drop ins.

Safety, trust & environment

I will do a meet and greet first, so I can meet the pet/s that need looking after. And then ask the owners if they can fill out a form indicating when, where and how often their pet needs to be dropped in to. The pet can meet me and see me coming in to their home.

Information Elizabeth K. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if there are any special behaviours. Ideally I would do a meet and greet first, so we can all get to know each other first. I do walk outdoors with a crutch or walking stick due to a recent (November 2022) health issue. Dogs shouldn’t pull on the lead, or be light enough to stop the pulling. If 2 dogs then, I can attach one dog to my walking belt (if they don’t pull) and another in my hand.

A typical day

I love to provide mental stimulation for dogs, even for cats where I can, when owners aren’t able to. I love giving cuddles when needed. Drop ins might not be able to be an exact time depending if I have other visits to do at certain times.

Hi Liz thanks so much for taking care of Bean today. He was relaxed when I got home so he was clearly happy. The photos you shared are lovely too! Look forward to seeing you again soon.
