Safety, trust & environment

Your wish is my wish - whatever you need to make your dog(s) feel safe and secure while you are away. I am familiar with crate training and simple obedience. I love long walks but can also accommodate a senior dog who might just need some loving attention.

Information Elizabeth B. would like to know about your pet

What is their comfort level with strangers in their home and what is their comfort with other dogs. What type of environment and activities do you feel is best so your pet can thrive while you are away.

A typical day

I follow your (owner) lead - we can play fetch, we can go to a local dog park, or we can quietly walk around the neighborhood. I don't mind sitting on the couch watching TV if your dog would just prefer someone being close. I understand dogs and dog behavior-- not all dogs thrive at the dog park while others love it.

Pet care experience

I am a mature, honest, reliable, and caring individual with discerning clients that trust me in their home to take care of their beloved pets. I’ve been taking care of dogs my entire life. I have shown professionally in obedience and have an AKC Companion Dog (CD) title. Specialize in senior dog care. Besides dogs, I have taken care of a rabbit, a parrot, and several chickens. No cats please. Thank you!

Elizabeth did an excellent job checking in our two dogs. She was great with communication and made sure they had dinner and a walk. We're grateful we were able to travel to see family for Thanksgiving knowing she was able to check in on the dogs while we were gone!
