I have a very flexible schedule, with the exception of volunteering and Pilates classes twice a week. Outside of these short windows, I’ll be fully available to keep your pets company.

For pet boarding: I have dedicated space available to ensure a slow, stress-free introduction for new feline guests or to provide a quiet, isolated space for those who prefer solitude. I am very conscious of "escape artists." I ensure all windows and doors are secured and maintain a "double-door" policy during entries and exits to prevent any accidental escapes. Hoover and mopping daily in the morning is the daily routine. My home is also free of toxic plants, small choking hazards, and unsecured human food. For pet sitting: My primary goal is to provide a seamless transition that prioritizes both physical safety and mental stimulation. Respecting the owner’s preferences and following their specific guidelines is the top priority. To achieve this, I would make a dedicated effort to learn and adapt to each owner’s unique habits, ensuring that every feline or canine friend can maintain their regular routine and feel secure in their own space. In both cases, I would provide frequent photo and video updates to the owner throughout the stay.

I’d love to learn as much as possible about your cuties before we meet! Please let me know if they have any allergies, dietary preferences, or favorite toys. I’m especially interested in their unique quirks or behavioural cues, like things they love, or anything I should strictly avoid. For young babies, I would need to know if they are fully vaccinated and microchipped, and how they react to doorbells and strangers.
A typical day
Daily play sessions are a must for all my furry guests. Playing using toys is a must; feeding enrichment is also something fun for them to do indoor. For outdoor adventures, I focus on letting dogs explore new scents and areas to keep their walks exciting and fulfilling. There's also a big park (Hyde Park) walking distance from my place, where they can also make some new friends.

Hi there, I'm Eliza! I am a recent Imperial College graduate and a lifelong animal lover. My expertise in feline care is extensive. I worked part-time at a cat cafe for a year, looking after rescue cats aged from 3 months to 3 years. Back in China, I share my home with three adopted cats. With nearly 10 years of volunteering for stray cat rescue, I am highly experienced in medical Care, including caring for pregnant cats, newborns, wound cleaning, and administering medications. I am also comfortable providing basic grooming, including nail trimming, ear cleaning, and paw pad trimming! Beyond cats, I am a confident dog handler. I’ve cared for energetic Border Collies and spirited Dachshunds. I love being outdoors and am happy to take high-energy dogs on long, stimulating walks. Also, I am comfortable with daily health maintenance, including teeth brushing and administering oral meds.

Eliza took care of our little fur baby Ralph for almost two weeks! We got daily updates, including photos and videos as well as how he is doing and what he was up to! Eliza was amazing taking care of Ralph, ensuring he had safe places as he was a little shy! Eliza reassured us so much with Ralph and provided her knowledgable experience with cats. Elisa has a wealth of experience looking after small animals. When she was in China, she had been doing summer work in the cat cafe, where there were 12 cats and two teddies. She enjoys it very much and takes good care of them. I do believe that she would be a good dog sitter.
