Availability
Pet care fits very naturally into my weekly routine. I’m a yoga instructor, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the week. I teach hour-long classes at various times, but outside of those, I’m available mornings through evenings Sunday–Saturday, with my latest availability around 7pm. Because my classes are only an hour at a time, I’m able to plan my day intentionally and prioritize the dogs in my care. I have plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-ins, and consistent scheduling.

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I follow all care instructions closely — including feeding schedules, walk preferences, medications (if needed), and any behavioral guidelines. I bring a calm, attentive presence into the home and aim to create a safe, structured environment where your dog feels secure. Whether that means an energizing walk, playtime to burn off energy, or quiet companionship, I adjust based on your dog’s needs. I’m very respectful of clients’ homes and treat them with care and professionalism. I also provide regular updates and photos so you feel confident and connected while you’re away. My goal is for your dog to feel comfortable and cared for, and for you to have complete peace of mind.

Information Elisabeth M. would like to know about your pet
Before caring for your pet, I like to know their typical routine, energy level, and any specific preferences or sensitivities. It’s helpful to understand their feeding schedule, leash behavior, comfort level around other dogs or people, and any triggers or anxieties they may have. If your dog has any training cues they respond to, medical needs, or specific house rules (like furniture boundaries or crate routines), I’m happy to follow those closely. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can create a calm, consistent, and safe experience for them. My goal is to make the transition seamless so your pet feels secure and well cared for.
A typical day
I love making walks fun and engaging! I regularly take dogs on two different one-mile loop routes near my home; one of them runs along the Jordan River and includes access to water, which is great for dogs who enjoy exploring or splashing around. Depending on your dog’s energy level, we can go for a steady structured walk, a more active outing, or incorporate playtime along the way. I also enjoy interactive play, enrichment games, and giving plenty of positive attention and affection. My goal is always to make sure your dog gets both physical exercise and mental stimulation.

Pet care experience
I grew up in a home full of dogs, so caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels, including large and high-energy breeds. I’ve also raised and trained my own high-energy dog, so I understand the importance of structure, consistency, exercise, and positive reinforcement. I live an active lifestyle and go on daily walks, which makes me a great fit for dogs who need movement and engagement. As a yoga instructor, I bring a calm, patient, and attentive presence — something dogs tend to respond really well to. My goal is always to create a safe, loving, and dependable experience for both you and your pup!
Reviews
Elizabeth is the best!! We have used here a few times already and Hayze loves his time with her!

Summer had another great day with Elisabeth. Summer was definitely excited to spend with day with her.

Elisabeth clearly loves and appreciates dogs. My boy Jupiter can be a bit of a nervous nelly but Elisabeth helped him feel calm and relaxed during his stay. She sent many photos and brought him on a nice long walk! Thanks again girl!
Hayze had the best time!! Thank you!!
