Elena Ans her daughter were great with Jazz ! Sent me updated photos and did cool activities with my dog ! Lake , tennis and Basketbal ! Happy customer !!!

Reason for the 3 stars there was no fenced in back yard . And I specifically choose this boarding because it listed fenced in backyard . I am out of town here working and my dogs have a huge yard at home . I wanted them to spend the day off leash while I was away . We are staying in a hotel hence that would be a nice day away running free off leash . Not even a dog run on the property. And even after she ask what would be best for them ? Were they inside or outside dogs I said many times turn them loose in you fenced in back yard (that is why i am choosing you!!! )I received a okay sounds great response from the boarder. I am driving there excited for my doggos to be off leash and running free for the day and I pulled up and there isn't even a dog run and I realize they are going to be leased the entire time . I almost canceled my plans but it was my anniversary. I see this as a big deal my husband was instantly in panic mode when we left them . I believe that detail is very important. I would have just had a dog walker come let them out of the hotel room and saved myself the trip if I would have honestly knew a fenced in yard was never ever an option . Also the female dog must have been tied up for sometime with her retractable leash because it was chewed through (not a huge deal but posed my husband some worried thoughts). Hence don't advertise a option you do not have like a fenced in backyard that was in my must have along with no cats lol the pit doesnt get along with kitties . For my husband the dog lover he said that was equivalent to not having a play pen/area or toys for a child you left with a sitter or daycare . Also when we picked them up her child brought out the dogs not her she stayed inside the kitchen and said no words to us at all . But the children they played with were sweet and pie and so was her mother .
