Your fur babies new best friend
I love all animals! I have experience with dogs, cats, cows, reptiles (mainly snakes), chickens, ducks, rodents (rats, mice, hamster), rabbits, sheep, goats, birds, etc! I love connecting with each animal in their unique ways, I truly believe we have a lot to learn from these compassionate beings. It's my pleasure to make them feel safe, loved, well fed and fully exercised! I don't have a lot of experience with very old animals but I'm willing to learn what their specific and special needs are. I have had older dogs in my life so I do have a basic grasp on their needs but everyone is unique!

Lily C. has taken care of our pets when we were out of town on several occasions. We have 3 dogs, a bird and 1 cat, plus a 75 gallon fish tank with 20 fish. We always felt comfortable with the care of our pets when in Lily’s care. We always came back to happy healthy animals with a freshly cleaned cat box. We have had several people watch our animals over the years, but lily is one our favorite caregivers. If she is ever to move back to Vermont, we would love to have her care for our pets when needed. I mostly work remote from home with the occasional pop into the warehouse once or twice a week. My schedule can be pretty flexible for the most part!

I'll gladly learn the typical schedule you have with your pet so that they feel their care is secure and stable. Time of feeding, length of walk, treats, etc. Just let me know and I'll do my best to make you both feel considered and cared for. I'm not currently doing doggy day care or boarding. Eventually I will offer that service again! I might be open to it on a case by case basis.

I'd love to play fetch, tug a war, soccer, frisbee, etc. Let me know what your dogs preferred way to play is! If you have a nearby trail or park you bring them, I'd love to take your dog for a walking adventure! For cats, if they are happy with touch and play, I can do both. Some cats take some warming up to, so let me know what your cat prefers and I'll do my best to be a warm and welcoming friend.
