I paid for overnight stays with our dogs, and according to our in home security footage, she did not in fact stay. So the overnight fee + the additional dog fee x 5 dogs. Also when we got home there was a random chewed iPhone cable in the center of our master bedroom floor. It didn’t belong to either my husband or myself, but when I asked her about it she claimed she never went into our room. Which she should have because that’s where we instructed her to put the dogs in their pen every night when she was supposed to house sit.

Do not use this sitter!!!! As other recent bad reviews indicate, Dorian did not actually watch my canine baby while I was gone. She was supposed to stay with him overnight, which is what I paid a nightly fee for & she didn't. She did not send any pics nor updates as agreed upon during meet & greet. She did not replenish his food & water bowl at all, which is supposed to be done daily. She was truly the worst. I would recommend to NOT ever use this sitter if you actually care about your animal.

Dorian is awesome and my dogs loved her!

I'm very thankful for Dorian's help with taking care of my boys, especially since it was a week and a half long booking. As my first time using Rover, and booking Dorian, I am pretty disappointed. I returned home to poop in my bathtub and multiple rugs, that had to be thrown away. Some of the poop that had been there long enough to have fly maggots growing in it. I soon realized the large container of litter I provided had never been opened. I wish I had asked more questions so I knew what to expect from the service Dorian would be providing.

Dorian was hired to house sit our 2 dogs and cat. Dorian failed to render the services that was agreed upon. We hired her to stay in our house so our animals could remain out of their kennels for the majority of the day. Dorian only provided drop ins. Dorian failed to provide us with updates and pictures stating that "...it was impossible..." and "...sometimes I forget my phone..." and "...I am very busy..." We discovered that our dogs had been left in their kennels for at least 12 hours. We had to abandon our vacation 2 days early because of the distrust and distress she caused us. If there was an option to leave 0 of 5 stars we would, and would NOT recommend her to anyone in the future.

Dorian has been a blessing to us in giving us peace of mind Nox is taken care of when we are away! She communicates well and sends pictures to let us know he's doing great!
