Loving Care for Your Pets!
I have been giving loving care to pets for over 8 years now, after my daughter persuaded me to become a sitter. It’s a natural fit for me, as I love animals. I much prefer pet-sitting over returning to the corporate world for additional income. I am retired, so I am home 95% of the time. For many years, I was a life coach, empowering women and helping them find purpose in life. That experience imbued in me a sense of calm and a desire to spread positive energy to everyone, people and animals. I also volunteer at a rescue shelter, and look forward to sharing my calm energy with those dogs, as well. They are in need of so much love. I live in a 3-bedroom manufactured home, conveniently located near several parks. I shared my home with a Shih Tzu named Prince up until June 14, 2024 when he passed away, I miss him so much and feel lost without him. My heart is still healing but will eventually rescue another sweet furbaby when the time is right. If your dog stays with me, they will have plenty opportunities for fun indoors and out. I keep an assortment of dog toys at home. We can visit one of the area parks, if it’s okay with you. I work with your dog's schedule and abilities. I eagerly await meeting you and your furbaby. and hope to give you an exceptional sitting experience. I am home full time and available for boarding on weekdays and weekends. I keep my schedule pretty up to date here on Rover. I look forward to being of service to you and your fur baby. I have a small fenced in backyard but generally prefer to take the dogs out on a leash to go to the bathroom during the day. We will do a morning walk as well as an evening walk.

Ratings and reviews
Diane did a great job with our Bella! Our dog is older, and had a difficult time adjusting to her new environment as well as have the need of several medications. Diane helped her settle down and also medicated her properly (even when Bella is not fond of taking her pills). Highly recommend!

Diane was amazing! We were in a bit of a jam because our former sitter quit after we had already purchased plane tickets. Diane found someone to watch her dog, so she could stay with our 3. She was here day and night, other than running errands. She sent pics and updates throughout the day and was very communicative. One of the dogs was having digestive issues, so Diane picked up chicken and rice at my request. She also made him some homemade bone broth because he wasn't drinking much water, and she didn't want him to get dehydrated. Our house was very clean when we returned. Diane went above and beyond for us and the pups, and we are so grateful! Highly recommend!!

We are so happy to find Diane to care for our Shitzu, “Money”. Diane kept us informed of Money’s daily routine and sent pictures. We will definitely use Diane again!!

Great as always! My dog always enjoys his stay and I enjoy the updates from Diane and can tell she truly cares about my pet's wellbeing.

Thank you Diane for providing a loving and comfortable home for our pups. Dealing with our defiant and sad Shih Tzu was no picnic but you went above and beyond to make her feel at home. We look forward to seeing you again in the future. We will highly recommend you. Thank you!

Diane was an excellent host for Coakley. I appreciate the meet & greet beforehand, and he got along with little Ally. Great communication and feedback. Would book again, thank you!

Where your pet will stay
Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in back yard that your furbaby can go for potty breaks during the day and we generally take a morning and evening walk for exercise and extended potty/poop breaks.
Pets
A typical day
Your dog will enjoy a morning and evening walk. If it’s okay with you, we can visit a dog park, play catch, or just run around for exercise. I typically give one treat a day. My yard is fenced in, so he/she will have open time off-leash as well.
