Wonderful experience for my first time leaving Leo with a sitter! She was so caring, communicative, and made me feel completely at ease. I’m so grateful and will definitely book with her again! ❤️

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this sitter and would not leave my dog in her care again. I provided Bentley’s food and specifically instructed that he was to eat only the food I packed for him. Bentley has chronic GI issues, so controlling what he eats is extremely important. After I picked him up, he began vomiting multiple times. He vomited up Kraft macaroni and cheese, which I did not provide. When I contacted Diana, she acknowledged that her son had been eating macaroni and cheese and that Bentley may have gotten some while she was not watching. While I understand that accidents can happen, I was extremely concerned that my dog was able to consume a significant amount of human food despite my dietary instructions and the food I had specifically packed for him. What concerned me even more was the response afterward. When I told Diana that Bentley was still sick, would not be returning, and that I had contacted Rover and would be leaving a review of my experience, she sent me numerous messages and repeatedly stated that if I left her a bad review, she would leave negative feedback about me that future Rover sitters would see and that “nobody will want to pet sit for you.” She also minimized Bentley’s condition by telling me his upset stomach “will resolve” and that he was not injured or hurt. I ultimately had to contact Rover and Bentley’s veterinarian that evening, while also scrambling to arrange new care for the following day, which was my great-grandmother’s funeral. I recognize that an accident involving food can happen. What I cannot overlook is the combination of my dog becoming ill after consuming food he was not supposed to receive, the dismissive response to my concerns, and being threatened with retaliatory feedback simply because I stated that I would review what occurred. Based on this experience, I would not book with this sitter again.

Diana took great care of our pup while we took an 10 day European vacation and received daily updates. Because our girl suffers from separation anxiety, we were glad to find someone who only keeps one dog at a time.

Diana has tremendous care, courtesy, and compassion. I would leave two five-star ratings if I could.

This was our first time using Rover and Diana made it such a wonderful experience. She sent pictures of Ruby every day which definitely put my mind at ease. Ruby was happy and healthy when we got her back. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely use Diana anytime we go out of town again! 10/10!!!

Provided regular updates about my cat and was super sweet with him ❤️
