Pet care experience
My dog is my best friend.
I’ve love dogs since I was 8 years old and have taken care dogs who have been ill and provided medication. Willing to care for more than one dog in a family. I’m current retired and like to spend time with animals, dogs especially, I’m able to walk, play and care for your dogs. I’m usually free and like week days, maybe weekends and willing to walk animals before 12:00 noon. I have a fenced back yard, no pool. My dog is here to keep your dog company and play with. My dog is a Morkie, 15 lbs., and 6 years old. He loves other dogs and plays well with others. I am currently not accepting male dogs at this time. My Buddy is completely house trained but when new male dog comes to board Buddy will lift his leg and spit in the house. He doesn’t do that with female dogs that come to board.

Debra was so sweet and accommodating with my schedule changes and took great care of Milo while I was away!
Debra was easy to work with. She was very hospitable and our dog Manny loved her care. Manny enjoys being with other dogs.

Schedule
I am retired from Sacramento County Child Protective Services after 16 years. Unless I’m needed at a grandchild’s home due to a parents work schedule or on vacation I’m usually at home and willing to be a care provider to your dog.

I have a fenced yard. Water available at all times. Play time with your dog and provide training treats when working with your dog and teaching basic commands.

A typical day
Your dog will go for walks, play in the backyard, play with toys and my dog, learn to fetch. Your dog will have ample run of my home. Specific feeding times if your dog is on a feeding schedule.
