Any specific needs your dog has, and specifically if your dog has had behavior training and commands it will respond to. Especially important for large dogs needing walks.
A typical day
Depending on the dog, we can play fetch with balls, sticks, frisbee, walks or trail runs. If you have any dog puzzles I am happy to use those as enrichment. I want your pet to feel like their routine is as uninterrupted as possible!

Pet care experience
I’ve had the joy of sharing my life with dogs over the years, including a sweet Dachshund named Heidi who used a wheelchair and taught me so much about patience and love. I’ve never met a friendly dog who didn’t get showered with pets, belly rubs, and plenty of attention. Whether they’re playful pups or mellow seniors, I love getting to know each dog’s unique personality and making them feel safe, loved, and right at home.

David is a great dog sitter! We had him do in house sitting for our older poodle who need a little extra help with meds and mobility. David took great care of him and sent picture’s everyday. He left the house spotless! We would trust David again anytime.
David was great with my dogs! I came home to happy pups and a clean house, and really appreciated the daily updates while I was away. I’d definitely recommend him!
Dave was super great and accommodating. My furbaby really liked Dave during when he came by for a meet and greet, and he stayed long enough chatting that we really liked him and felt comfortable with him. We are happy to have found Dave and will rebook with him.
Dave was amazing with our two Great Danes. Our senior dane nuzzled him and leaned on him immediately, and he was patient with our shyer younger dane as she always takes a few minutes to feel comfortable. Our younger dane also had recently been diagnosed with Wobblers and was still on meds and play/walking restrictions and he was very gentle with her and followed all instructions. When we returned from our trip, it was obvious that both dogs loved him and had a great time with him. He also took great care of the house and left it very clean, which we 100% appreciated. This was our first time using Rover and we will definitely book with Dave again for our next trip.
