I’ve had the joy of sharing my life with dogs over the years, including a sweet Dachshund named Heidi who used a wheelchair and taught me so much about patience and love. I’ve never met a friendly dog who didn’t get showered with pets, belly rubs, and plenty of attention. Whether they’re playful pups or mellow seniors, I love getting to know each dog’s unique personality and making them feel safe, loved, and right at home.

I’ll follow all your instructions to make sure your pet feels right at home—whether that’s sticking to their favorite walking routine, honoring their treat preferences, or keeping them off the couch (or letting them hog it!). Their comfort, health, and happiness are always my top priority.

David is a great dog sitter! We had him do in house sitting for our older poodle who need a little extra help with meds and mobility. David took great care of him and sent picture’s everyday. He left the house spotless! We would trust David again anytime.
David was great with my dogs! I came home to happy pups and a clean house, and really appreciated the daily updates while I was away. I’d definitely recommend him!
Dave was super great and accommodating. My furbaby really liked Dave during when he came by for a meet and greet, and he stayed long enough chatting that we really liked him and felt comfortable with him. We are happy to have found Dave and will rebook with him.
Dave was amazing with our two Great Danes. Our senior dane nuzzled him and leaned on him immediately, and he was patient with our shyer younger dane as she always takes a few minutes to feel comfortable. Our younger dane also had recently been diagnosed with Wobblers and was still on meds and play/walking restrictions and he was very gentle with her and followed all instructions. When we returned from our trip, it was obvious that both dogs loved him and had a great time with him. He also took great care of the house and left it very clean, which we 100% appreciated. This was our first time using Rover and we will definitely book with Dave again for our next trip.
Dave went above and beyond to take the best care of our Great Dane mastiff while we were away. He was having neck issues and Dave was amazing with all of his special needs and keeping us in the loop. We felt so thankful for him and knowing our big love was in really great capable hands!
Dave is a true animal lover! Nacho immediately bonded to Dave (fell asleep in his arms the entire time he was here meeting us!). Dave was so quick to respond to my request (within several minutes) and scheduled time to come meet Nacho and I the very next day. He was communicative, prompt, and most importantly, took excellent care of Nacho. We are SO happy to have met Dave! He will be our go-to going forward. Thank you, Dave!
