I always treat my clients' homes with respect. Locking the door back while I walk your dog, cleaning up any messes, and sticking to task are all part of my routine. Because of my years of animal care experience, I am trained to look for abnormal behaviors in pets and follow-up. I provide photos and messages with updates so you never have to worry if everything is alright. Currently, I do not own any pets of any kind so you don't have to worry about your pet interacting with any other animals.

It's essential to stimulate our pets not only physically but also mentally. In addition to play time with toys, giving cuddles, or going for walks, I can also let your pet explore new smells. I may ask them to perform tricks for treats, and if I see your pet regularly, we can even work on learning new tricks!

I have 18 years of animal care experience, including my beloved dog Belle, who was part of the family for 11 years before she went to doggy heaven. I worked at a veterinary center for 2 years and a doggy daycare, so I know exactly how to care for every type of dog. I also have experience with dog walking and doing house visits - just my first time using Rover! As far as training experience, I interned at the Shedd Aquarium working alongside dolphin, otter, and penguin trainers so I even have a stash of knowledge about animal training. Daveenah is very thorough and gentle. My dog, Lucy, was under her care for 2 weeks, and some weekends when I had to travel for work. Lucy was about 13 years old and needed very specific care in her later years. Daveenah made sure to give her eye drops and medicine on time and any special vitamins as needed. She was also very patient with my baby. Lue wasn't the friendliest girl but she loved Daveenah and would actually excitedly wait for her to come in if she spotted her from her spot. I am so thankful Lue had someone who took such great care of her in her later years. I would recommend Daveenah to any dog or cat owner hoping to find someone who is responsible, competent, and genuinely loves animals.
I love Daveenah! I met her from the vet that she worked at that I used to bring my cat and dog to. She brought up how she also does in-home care and walks and I've been using her services regularly. I have a 68lb Golden and a DSH and they both love her...maybe more than me. After walks, my dog comes back nice and tired, and having gone potty. My cat also gets fed and played with which tires her out too. I feel safe knowing that my pets are with someone who is kind, experienced, and loves my pets like I do.
