I've always been an animal lover! I now have a sweet dog of my own (who loves all dogs!) and would love to watch your pup. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of various types, sizes, and needs. As a petsitter, I prioritize the needs of the specific pet I am watching, understanding that every dog and cat has their own personality, capabilities, and preferences. For example, I would prioritize longer, more frequent walks for a more active, energetic dog. I am an active person, an outdoor lover, an incredibly responsible worker, and a thoughtful caretaker. Darrien was wonderful and so great with Lady! She gave us frequent updates thought the day with photos and Lady loved playing with her sweet pup Mabel! We will definitely try and use her again for daycare or walks! Would highly recommend.
Darrien was great with my pup! He has separation anxiety and she was able to be with him for his entire stay. He looked super comfortable with her, particularly on her couch! She was responsive and communicative about how he was doing. Even though I hate leaving my floof, I was very reassured that she was caring for him while I had to travel for work.
Darrien is an all around animal lover, dogs especially! She has frequently dog sat for friends and coworkers, and is a natural with all canine personalities. She can be easily trusted given her previous experiences and is more than happy to take on the job!
Darrien did a great job caring for River and was attentive to her anxiety and all of her other needs!
Darrien is always caring and thoughtful with my dog. She's attentive and takes great care of them. My dog didn't want to leave her! Would definitely have her watch him again.

Zeitplan
I’m a graduate student and have lots of time for frequent walks throughout the day for exercise, fresh air, and a mental refresh. Regarding time I’m away from home, I indoor rock climb 1-2 days per week, which puts me out of the house for about 2.5 hours per trip. Otherwise, happy to have at-home time or walk-time with your pet!

I love playing with pets (e.g., fetch, tug) if they are able and interested. I also give frequent pets and belly rubs. For dogs, I believe in frequent exercise and outdoor time, so I give frequent and long neighborhood walks (as appropriate for the dog's needs and health). Please feel free to ask my any questions! I want to make sure you feel comfortable and that your dog or cat feels comfortable with me.

I love going on long walks, being outside, and playing fetch! I also love cuddling on the couch and giving lots of pets :) I’m very active so I love being active with dogs, but understanding that dogs have varying levels of fitness, so I’m also happy doing slower or shorter walks.
