Energetic and Caring Dog- Lover
I have previously house-sat and dog-sat for extended amounts of time for professors at SOU and other local community members. I have always had some kind of animal growing up, whether that be a dog, cat, hamster, or snake. I have experience with training puppies, teaching/practicing good behavior while walking, and grooming all types of animals. I also have experience administering medications for dogs orally or applying it physically to the body. I always respect the wishes of each pet-owner and I know every animal and owner is different in their own way, especially with the concerns they have for their loved ones. With that being said, I look forward to meeting you and getting to know your little one/s. I do live in Roseburg, Oregon now near Diamond Lake Boulevard. Danita is amazing and kind. She is so communicative and def treated Benny like her own beautiful doggie Anu… I cannot say enough good things about her and can confirm that she is a gem and so is Anu. I have no doubt whatsoever but that your pet would be safe with her and, just as importantly, adored!
I only wish there were more stars she was wonderful taking care of one of the most important being in my life. I also came home to a cleaner house than what I left my one fear in leaving my true and honest opinion about how great she is is that she will become unavailable.
Danita was amazing! We were on vacation and needed a last minute sitter for our 4 fubabies. We found her last minute and are so grateful we did! She was completely up for the job. She was sweet and responsive and above all flexible for our needs. Our dogs loved her and felt right at home. She also sent us photos of them throughout their stay while we were gone, which I always love and appreciate. I would highly recommend her for anyone out there looking for care for your furbabies.
Danita was a God-send! My band and I are doing some touring and I didn’t want to leave my pup back home. Danita made it possible for me to bring my Ellie to Oregon! Danita was amazing—Ellie became instantly comfortable with Danita upon meeting her, Danita sent photos of their time together, and she was flexible with the pickup time. I will definitely book her again when we return to Roseburg for another show. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

There should be a 10 star rating! Talk about an excellent experience. Danita checks all the boxes. My two dogs adored her. I can tell b/c neither seemed very excited to see me (us) when we returned from our 2 weeks abroad. I appreciate the fact that she came home during the day to let them out & made every effort to keep their routine “normal”. She’s also a very conscientious house guesthouse. Everything was “better” than I left it! If you’re looking for someone that will treat your pets & your home, as their own - you’ve found the right girl. Instead of dreading leaving my “children” next time, I’m finally feeling good about it.

I work from home and can be as available for your doggy/animals needs. My partner is also very active and assists me in doggie duties!

I have a fenced yard, as well as an energetic Husky who will keep your doggy occupied during their stay, and 2 kitties who stay hidden most of the day!

We would play fetch in my closed backyard. if they know how to play, practice tricks and demands, jog if they are able to, and go to the dog park if the dog is able and is willing to interact with other dogs. I have a couple nearby parks, including a dog park, that I would be able to walk them to as well
