I have always had a genuine love for animals. I grew up with a cocker spaniel named Max, who lived to 18 and truly felt like a best friend. Over the years I have lived in homes with multiple cats, dogs, fish, and even an African Grey parrot, so I am very comfortable caring for a wide range of pets and their individual needs. I have also supported local owners through Borrow My Doggy, helping neighbours with walks, feeding, and general care whenever they needed an extra hand. I take pride in being reliable, gentle, and attentive, and I always treat every pet as if they were my own. I would be delighted to help care for your pet and ensure they feel safe, happy, and well looked-after.

Daniel has looked after our elderly dog a few times now in preparation for a pending doggy holiday with Daniel and his family. We are kept up to date and our doggy has a waggy tail when he starts to visit. I wish I had known about this sooner I would have started using years ago.
Chip has had the best time again with Dan and Bridget! He loves staying with them and they will always be our first choice when we need dog sitting.
This was Baxters second sitting with Daniel and family. He makes himself right at home and doesn’t seem to miss us at all 😂. Daniel sends regular photos and videos which is much appreciated. Booking again for September!
We had a great experience with Daniel and would definitely recommend him. Before booking, we arranged a meet and greet and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable our boys were around him straight away, especially as they’re usually nervous around men. Throughout the day he kept us updated with messages, photos, and videos which really put our minds at ease. Communication was excellent and it was clear he genuinely cared about making sure the cats were comfortable and settled in his home. We came home with two happy boys and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you so much!
Daniel and his family went above and beyond to welcome Arthur to their home. He was treated like one of their own. Daniel kept in regular contact and sent through images regularly. Would highly recommend and will certainly be using again.

Schedule
As a civil design engineer who mostly works from home, I have the flexibility to fit pet care naturally into my day. I take morning and lunchtime walks every day, so active dogs are more than welcome to join me and burn off some energy. If your pet prefers a quieter pace, I’m just as happy to spend time with them relaxing and giving plenty of attention and cuddles. Your pet will never be short of company or care.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, they’ll have access to the whole house, including a spacious garden for playtime and toilet breaks, and a cosy conservatory or sofa to relax on. I follow your routine exactly — whether that’s feeding, walks, medication, or specific care instructions. I always make sure the environment is safe and free from anything that could harm your pet, so you can feel confident they’re well looked after. If you prefer care in your own home, I’m equally happy to look after your pet there. I will treat your home with complete respect, keep everything tidy, and make sure your pet feels comfortable in their familiar surroundings.
A typical day
I’ll take them out for walks, play games with them, give them lots of fuss and attention, and make sure they feel relaxed and happy. I enjoy spending time with pets and making sure they’re comfortable, entertained, and well looked after while you’re away.
