Friendly sitter! My dog was well taken care of!
My most recent booking with Cynthia brought up safety concerns that need to be addressed. She is providing false advertisement. Her ad shows that she’s located in Hawthorne, CA but the day before the booking started she reached out to let me know that she moved and is now in Santa Clarita, CA. I feel that she purposely did this to avoid me canceling since she waited until it was within 24 hours of the booking. I was in a tough position so I continued the stay. She also lists a house with a yard when she’s actually in an apartment. Her communication during the stay was also horrible and had to continually request pictures. Based on the description I was receiving of my dog’s behavior I could tell she was clearly stressed and not comfortable there. She has been with many sitters over the years and never had anything close to this issue. I decided to come back a night early just to get my dog back home sooner. Thankfully she is safe now but future customers need to be aware of this.

Amazing sitters, Faith and Cynthia were so friendly and welcoming to Bandit even though he was super shy and timid at first. Bandit became super attached to them and the updates I received were super sweet and cute! He was well groomed and fed, and even came home tired!! Would recommend!
