Amazing did everything i needed on a last minute booking! Excited to continue to work with her

Crystal is great! She is kind and super communicative. She stayed at my house for 6 days while I was away on a work trip, and I could tell the dogs got lots of exercise and were comfortable with her here. Will certainly be using her again in the future for any work trips or over nights I need!!

Crystal has been absolutely amazing with our dogs, Beau and Bandit. Over the last year, she has become so much more than someone who watches them. To us, and honestly to the dogs too, she is Aunty Koz. My wife and I got Beau and Bandit when they were tiny 12-week-old corgi puppies, and Crystal has been there with them almost the whole way. She has watched them grow from little chaotic potato puppies into happy, healthy, wild one-year-old corgis. She has helped us weekly with walks, daycare, boarding, pickup and drop-off, and longer stays when life got difficult. The last two years have been really hard for me medically with cancer treatment, follow-up care, appointments, and recovery. There were times where I had a lot on my plate, and knowing Beau and Bandit were safe with Crystal meant more than I can really put into words. She gave us peace of mind during a time when we really needed it. Crystal does not just “watch” dogs. She truly understands them. She has helped with puppy manners, leash behavior, walking, socialization, and correcting behaviors in a positive way. She pays attention to the little things, notices patterns, and helps reinforce the good habits we are working on at home. She always asks what we need each time, checks in with us, and tells us how the boys did at the end of the day. She has always been easy to reach by text or phone, and her communication has been one of the things we appreciate most. One of my favorite memories is Bandit seeing her and launching himself like a rocket onto the couch to give her hugs and kisses, then nose-booping her right in the eye. It was hilarious, but it also says everything. Beau and Bandit are full-body wiggles and tail wags when they see her. Whether it is for a walk, a day stay, or boarding, they are always so excited to be with Aunty Koz. Crystal is patient, reliable, caring, and genuinely loves what she does. We trust her completely with our boys, and that trust means everything to us. She has been part of their lives for almost their entire first year, and we are so grateful for her. I would recommend Crystal to anyone who wants their dogs cared for by someone who is experienced, thoughtful, loving, and truly treats them like family.
