I hate I have to leave an unfavorable review. When we picked up our dogs, they were terrified, one had thrown up on their bed, the home was picked up but smelled like a dirty home, didn't smell like fecal material or urine, but smelled like lots of wet dogs. We received pictures of them soon after they were dropped off, then no more pictures came. We were told more than once that someone would be with them at all times and when we arrive to get them, no one was there at the home. We texted her and she gave us permission to open the door and get our dogs, told us where their beds were and their bag with food and dishes. As we tried to enter we felt we were going to get bit by a German Sheppard. We talked nicely to him and he he calmed down, we found our things for the dogs where she said it was, and left. She did say a family member had to go to the ER, but we were never notified that the dogs would be left alone. When we got home, It was time for our dogs to eat and when I got the food out of the bag that was left for her to feed them that morning, there was the same amount of food in the bag that I sent, making appearance that the dogs didn't get their breakfast. We have used Rover so many times we trusted that the sitter would be fine, but our dogs were scared stayed on our heals for 2 days after their stay. I wouldn't choose this Rover next time.

Cristina and her family are extremely trustworthy! I know my pup is safe and happy with them. Love the photo updates and the communication is great! Highly recommend them. Thanks so much for taking care of Pinot while I was out of town :)
