I am currently not working. I’m trying to make the most of the time off while keeping fit going for walks with some 4-legged fun company!

I have a very safe fenced garden (you’re welcome to come and see). No other pets live in the property, however I might sometimes look after a friend’s cockapoo, who is friendly and actually not too bother of other dogs (of course introductions will be made prior to any pet-sitting where my friend’s dog might be in the house too). Pets are not allowed upstairs, but this is easily managed as there’s a glass door that leads upstairs and it can be shut. Again, you’re welcome to come and see. Dogs are not allowed on couch, but if previously agreed with owner because that’s what pet is used to or needs, I’m happy to have them up on a provided blanket. Anything for their comfort (yes, I like to spoil them - in a very healthy way). I will look after your dog as if s/he was mine! Actually, that’s a lie, I will probably look after your dog better thank if s/he was mine!

Let me know everything about your dog, whether they bark if they hear a loud noise, or cry when you leave the house, if they have a word they wait to hear before they can eat from their bowl, what they’re like around other dogs, what to avoid, what to encourage, what boundaries you have with them… everything! That will make me feel more confident when I’m looking after your dog, like I already know them. Safety and fun are always a priority! The person I live with is a bit allergic to dog’s hair so preference is hypoallergenic dogs (not a must though). Thanks!

I love to go for long walks around the local area, but also happy to get in the car to explore new areas. If I dog likes to play ball, I’m happy to throw the ball for then. If they prefer a stick, I’ll throw a stick. Whatever the dog is used to, I’m happy to do! (I’m not a runner so please don’t ask me to go for a run with your dog 😅). I’m also happy to meet up with other dogs if your dog likes doggy company, just let me know what s/he’s used to and I’ll try my best to keep it consistent for a happy time!

I’ve taken care of dogs for the last 4 years, and I make sure they have the best time while in my care. Plenty of walks, playtime, but also cuddles and relax time at home! I follow owner’s advice to keep everything as consistent as possible for the dog, especially if they’re in training or working towards a particular target.

Kris was fantastic! She was quick to respond and Spud loved staying at her home. She was also really flexible with timings which we really appreciated. I would recommend Kris to anyone!
I cannot recommend Cristina highly enough for her exceptional care and attention when looking after my cockapoo Arnold. I am so grateful to Cristina and her partner Matt. Their attentiveness and genuine affection for him are evident in everything they do, sending little picture updates. Arnold feels like their house is his second home. Cristina has not only looked after Arnold during the day and evenings but also ensured he's engaged with plenty of walks and fun activities. It's such a relief knowing that Arnold is in such capable and caring hands - Cristina loves all animals and is a dog person. Thank you, Cristina (and Matt), for being such a wonderful companion to my furry family son!
I can’t recommend Cristina enough. She has had my cocker spaniel Lola a few times already and Lola adores her. Cristina is such a trustworthy and kind person, always keen to go for walks and play with Lola. I feel very comfortable leaving Lola with Cristina, as I know she prioritizes safety and fun! Cristina has always followed my instructions with Lola’s training and needs. Thank you so much, Cristina!
