S/he will have plenty of attention and companionship since I work from home. Walks and/or a run several times a day. There will be play and mental engagement through out the day, all dependent on their mood.

Safety, trust & environment
They will have the run of the house. Let me know if you don't allow yours on the sofa or bed and we'll do the same for consistency. I will be very cautious with your dog in public and not allow strange dogs to approach, etc. Safety and emotional calm is paramount.

Information Craig S. would like to know about your pet
Let me know what they enjoy doing and their temperment. Do they like to sleep in a quite place alone or are they a lap dog? How are they with other dogs? Are there any habits to watch out for, like chasing squirrels? Do they have any health concerns?
A typical day
Morning walks with time for sniffing and exploring. Play times throughout the day: tug, fetch, whatever they naturally love to do. Some engaging play like find a toy, which hand has the treat, maybe learn a new trick! Afternoon walk/run. Evening walk. Quiet times during the day with companionship, praise, and pets.

Pet care experience
Friends call me a dog whisperer. Probably because when I arrive at the office they go crazy nuts to come see me :) Bonding with a them is easy. I give them doses of pure 100% attention, speak to them with body language, keep their minds active, and give them positive feedback / love. Every pup has a unique personality. I love getting to know them and their uniqueness. Some need a job to focus on. Others just want companionship. If yours is high energy we'll go run! I've adopted, fostered, socialized several dogs. My buddy passed away last year. It's sad and I miss him, but the silver lining is... now I have time and space to look after your pup! My home has plenty of space to roam/explore and quiet spaces to nap. I'll probably put a blanket over your furry kid when they curl up for a snooze. I'll make sure your pet feels at ease and happy. Once they get past the initial excitement of exploring a new place I will keep them engaged and happy. After all, they will eventually start to miss you, so activity and positive interactions will keep them emotionally and physically content :)

Reviews

Lily has a fantastic time with her new friend Craig and always comes home in a great mood. Craig is attentive, plays with her, and genuinely loves spending time with the dogs he cares for. I'd give him 1000 stars if I could - highly recommend!

Craig is incredible, and we’re so happy we found someone we can trust to send the dogs to. Our dogs absolutely loved him, and they came home relaxed and happy instead of stressed like usual. He even taught Chewie a new command and gave us a tip that’s already improved our walks. Truly can’t say enough good things, highly recommend!

Craig took great care of our two pups. They were very comfortable with him which made us feel good. He sent us pictures while we were away which our kids especially appreciated and enjoyed.

Craig did an exceptional job caring for our two large dogs the week of Thanksgiving. He was proactive in sending updates and very generous with sharing toys he had for his previous dog with ours during their stay. He kept our dogs active, running with our younger dog near daily. Craig clearly loves dogs -- he took the time to teach ours a few new skills during the week! We would absolutely book with Craig again and feel lucky to have found him.
