I love dogs! Growing up my family always had a German Shepherd, so I am very comfortable with big dogs. In grade school and high school, I would care for my neighbors' dogs/ animals while they were away on vacation. Currently, I volunteer at the local Humane Society in River North, I started doing this after my family dog passed away this year to help me. I would love to care for your pet while you are away for the day, the week, or the month! You can count on me! My apartment complex has a dog run and a dog grooming station, so I can even give your fur baby a bath while you are away!

Courtney is great!! She sent so many updates and pictures of Maple which really gave us peace of mind when we were away on vacation. Maple was so happy and content. We would recommend Courtney to anybody needing a dog sitter!
OUTSTANDING! We've had dogs forever and were always able to have family stay with our pets when we were away. That changed several years ago and it seems it's always a struggle to find someone who you can trust and follows thru on what they say. That means we never used the same sitter twice. However, we recently found Courtney and she is OUTSTANDING... THE BEST! Very responsive and the initial meet and greet went perfect...pups loved her. We had to find someone that would stay in our home as the pop in visit a few times a day and having our dogs alone during the night just does not work for us. Courtney provides this service so our poochies were not alone during the night. They loved her! Lots of pics/walks and love. Finally, we got time away without worrying about anything. Don't bother looking for anyone else! Thanks Courtney!

Courtney was great with our two dogs who can be very nervous of new people. It was clear that she spent a lot of time with them and made them comfortable! She was very easy to communicate with and when we came home, the dogs were very relaxed! She also sent us daily picture updates which we loved. We are so appreciative of her help and will definitely use her again!

Schedule
My schedule is quite flexible, and I am able to ensure your pet will not be left alone for extended periods of time and will be taken for a minimum of 2 walks everyday (for dogs), fed AM and PM, and lots and lots of cuddles and playtime!

Caring for pets at my home will be making sure I have all the necessary items needed. My apartment complex is very dog friendly, I have a large outdoor fenced-in dog run, a dog grooming station, and a play area for dogs! It is dog's paradise at my building! Caring for cats will look more like ensuring the cat is comfortable and has tasty treats and toys to play with while in my apartment! When caring for the client's pet at their house/ apartment I would make sure I know where all the necessities are and follow the instructions given by the owner such as local dog park, or dog-friendly spots, or the cat's favorite toy or snack! My biggest goal when caring for the animal at the client's home is to respect their home and make sure their fur baby receives ample love and top care from me!
A typical day
Hang out at the dog park, going to a local pet shop, walking around the neighborhood, cuddling, playing on the dog run, and grooming can all be a part of our day(s)
