She always sticks to schedules and honours commitments made by me. She observes the behaviour of the animal and respects the needs of them. Being patient and reassuring, gives her the ability of handle shy, anxious or particularly energetic animals. Costanza is respectful of routines: she follows instructions on feeding, medication and daily habits. She is affectionate and professional.
