I’m a licensed esthetician with a flexible daytime schedule, which allows me to check in frequently and give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I also have a dog of my own who is very friendly and well-socialized, so if your pet is comfortable around other dogs, they’ll have a built-in playmate. I prioritize making sure pets feel safe, cared for, and part of a routine.

In my home, they get a safe space, lots of attention, and playtime (plus a friendly dog if they enjoy that!). In a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely and make sure their pet feels secure in their own space. I always keep owners updated so they know their pet is in good hands.

This includes feeding schedules, potty routines, energy level, behavior around other dogs, and any training they’re working on. It’s also important to know about any medical needs, allergies, or triggers (like anxiety, of loud noises, etc.) so I can provide the safest and most comfortable care possible. The more I know, the better I can make your pet feel at home!

A typical day includes plenty of attention, playtime, and keeping your pet on their normal routine. Mornings usually start with a potty break, breakfast, and some light play. Throughout the day, I include walks, playtime like fetch or tug-of-war, and lots of interaction. I also like to include some mental stimulation like practicing commands or simple training, especially for puppies. There are also plenty of breaks for rest and relaxation so pets don’t get overwhelmed. In the evening, we’ll wind down with more play, dinner, and a calm environment before bedtime. My goal is to keep your pet happy, active, and comfortable while you’re away!

I’ve cared for all kinds of pets—dogs, puppies, chickens, fish, and more! I love working with animals and have a special soft spot for puppies. I have a 9-month-old pup myself who is fully trained, so I’m very familiar with routines, training, and giving pets the attention they need. I’m dependable, patient, and will treat your pet like family. (I am allergic to cats, so I can’t take on cat care.)

Since Clara was young, she has loved all animals, especially dogs. When we lost our family dog when she was just 8, she made it a mission to get another dog. Gus was so special to her and she wanted another puppy to love. When she was 11 she got that wish…Harley quickly became her tag along. Spending time in the backyard, going on walks, guarding her room. He was her go-to as a teenager. Dogs simply love her and her energy. She loves spending time at the lake and on walks and cuddling all of our dogs, and now her own dog as well! She makes the best dog nanny around!
