Animals have always been a big part of my life. I grew up in a home with two dogs, which taught me from a young age the importance of love, patience, and consistent care when it comes to looking after pets. My passion for animals led me to volunteer at my local SPCA, where I fostered dogs who were waiting for their forever homes. This gave me hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments, and helped me build confidence in managing a wide range of behaviours and needs. While in school, I also completed my work experience at a local veterinary clinic, where I learned even more about pet health, handling, and the importance of routine care. At the time, I dreamed of becoming a vet or vet nurse, and although I now study psychology, my love for animals has never faded. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether it's going for walks, keeping to routines, or just giving them attention and love while you're away, I’ll treat your pets like my own.

At home, pets are truly part of the family. We have a large, secure garden where they can safely explore and play throughout the day. Daily walks are a must—whether it’s around the neighbourhood or through the open fields behind our house, where they can roam freely and enjoy nature. Dogs in my care are never short on love or attention. They’re welcome to sleep in my room (and often do!), and they often come along on car rides and outings so they feel included. I always try to keep their routine as close to what they’re used to as possible, making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for at all times. In the evenings, they enjoy their time by the fire.

Five stars for Ciara! Leaving my cat, Munchie, is always hard, but Ciara made it so much easier. She went above and beyond basic feeding and made sure Munchie was thoroughly spoiled with an everyday dose of play and cuddles. Munchie was exceptionally well looked after and happy when I returned. I would recommend Ciara to absolutely anyone who needs a trustworthy and loving cat sitter
Ciara was fantastic. She provided daily updates with photos and videos, which was really reassuring. I’d highly recommend her and will definitely be booking with her again.

Ciara has an incredible love for animals. She has hand-raised lambs with total dedication, happily shares her bed with dogs and cats, and even buys food for local dogs in need. She is responsible, kind, and truly treats every animal like family.

Schedule
I’m currently a college student with classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, so I’m generally available all day on Tuesdays, Fridays, and weekends. On class days, I'm still available early mornings, late afternoons, and evenings, depending on your pet’s needs and our location. I always do my best to be flexible and will happily work with you to find a schedule that works for both you and your pet.
