Since I work from home full-time, I’m around throughout the day to give pets lots of attention, playtime, and snuggles. My daily routine is pretty calm and consistent—perfect for dogs who enjoy a steady environment and regular companionship. Walks, meals, and downtime all fit easily into my schedule. I do occasionally travel for work, but I always block off my calendar during those times so there’s no overlap or surprises.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. At my home, I offer a calm, low-stress environment with plenty of human company (since I work from home) and a fenced-in yard for safe outdoor time. I only take a limited number of pets at once so I can give each one the attention and care they deserve. I live in a quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood that’s great for walks, and I always keep dogs leashed unless we’re in the secure yard. I’m very mindful of introductions with my own pets—Roscoe is friendly and used to sharing his space, and my senior cat Onyx knows how to keep to herself. Whether it’s sticking to your pet’s usual routine, giving medications, or just offering a cozy space to relax, I do everything I can to help animals feel safe, settled, and loved while you’re away.

I want to give your pet the best care possible, so the more you can share, the better! I’d love to know about their daily routine, energy level, quirks, likes and dislikes, and anything that helps them feel safe and comfortable. If your pet has any medical needs, anxiety triggers, or behavior concerns (like leash reactivity or separation anxiety), please let me know—I have experience with rescue pets and truly understand that every animal is different. I’m happy to follow any special instructions when it comes to feeding, meds, crate use, or house rules. I also like to know how your pet does with other dogs, cats, or new people, so I can make sure the environment feels right for them. My goal is always to help your pet feel as relaxed, loved, and secure as possible while you’re away.

A typical day with me includes lots of attention, fresh air, and time to relax. I’m home most of the day, so your pet will have plenty of company—whether that’s hanging out in my home office, lounging in a sunny spot, or getting belly rubs on the couch. We’ll go on walks around my neighborhood and the nearby park, spend time outside in my fenced-in yard, and enjoy play breaks throughout the day. I tailor the day to each pet’s needs—whether that means fetch and zoomies or slow strolls and cozy naps. I keep things calm and consistent, with regular mealtimes and potty breaks, and I’m always happy to stick to your pet’s usual routine to help them feel at home.

Experiencia en el cuidado de mascotas
I’m a lifelong animal lover and have had rescue dogs and cats most of my life. My current furry children are Roscoe, a 13-lb terrier mix, and Onyx, my sweet senior cat—both rescues with big personalities. I’ve been pet sitting for friends and family for years, and I’ve also volunteered at animal shelters and fostered, so I’m especially comfortable with rescue pets who might need a little extra patience and care. Whether it’s snuggles on the couch, slow introductions, or a consistent routine, I try to make every pet feel safe, relaxed, and at home. I know how important it is to leave your pets with someone you trust, and I treat every animal like they’re part of the family. Happy to chat or answer any questions!

Christine was very accommodating with my last minute request and took great care of our girl who has separation anxiety. It was reassuring to get photos and videos of her that showed she was happy and relaxed

Christine was awesome! She communicated multiple times a day with updates on how the dogs were doing. They had so much fun that they didn’t want to leave when I came to pick them up. 🤍
Christine was fantastic! My dog, Elly, is somewhat of a home body, but she readily went to Christine's house for part of the day. My friend, who was spending the nights with Elly, had a change of plans so Christine willingly kept Elly at night as well. Christine sent many pictures with updates. showing how relaxed and happy Elly was. I have scheduled Christine again knowing that Elly will have outstanding care. I could not be any more pleased.

Christine was amazing with my senior yorkie! Lots of communication with pics/videos with how he was doing.
