A Home Away From Home
I am a mature, experienced pet sitter with over 25 years of hands-on experience working with dogs and other animals, as a pet owner, pet store employee, shelter volunteer, and foster. I’m experienced with a wide range of temperaments and needs, including senior dogs and those who may need a little extra patience. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do, it’s something I take seriously and genuinely enjoy.

Christine and her family provided a welcoming environment for our 2 year old Spaniel mix. We could see that Christine treated our pet, like it was her own. You will be in great hands as well for trusting your pet here. Our visit was a day visit while visiting Ottawa, from out of town. Thank-you for your help. Christine and family were fantastic for Raven. She obviously had a great time, was well cared for and kept very busy. We got several updates through the long weekend, including lots of fun photos.

I work from home, so I have the time and flexibility to provide the care you need. I only care for one client dog at a time to ensure your pet receives my full attention. Whether you need daycare or boarding, I’m happy to work with your schedule whenever possible.

My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable leaving your dog in my care. I provide a safe and low-stress environment, and I’m attentive to each dog’s unique personality and needs, whether that means playtime, quiet companionship, or extra reassurance. Your dog will have consistent supervision, companionship, and a calm environment throughout the day.

While in my care, your dog will enjoy walks, playtime, and of course, plenty of snuggles and affection. Communication is important to me. I’m always happy to provide updates and photos, so you know how your dog is doing while you’re away.
