Loving in-home sitter!
I have been caring for animals and house sitting since I was a young teenager, and my passion for animal care has only grown stronger over the years. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your furry family member behind, which is why I am committed to keeping your pet in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by their familiar routines and environment. I am also happy to Facetime with you in the evenings and/or send frequent photos so you can ensure all is well. While I don't have formal veterinary training, I have extensive hands-on experience administering medication to pets and am comfortable handling the care that more specialized animals may require. You can also trust that your home will be in great hands — I treat every space with the utmost respect, and make it a point to leave the home in even better condition than I found it. My goal is simple: to make your absence as seamless and stress-free as possible — for both you and your pet.

I prefer meeting my clients (both human and furry) ahead of time to fully understand their routines and comfort levels. I prefer to stay in your home to keep your furry family members comfortable in their own space. Smells are everything!

Cheri is generous and gentle with my animals. She is great with cats and dogs alike; any time I am heading out of town she is the first person I message to see if she is available. She is communicative with lots of photos and necessary questions. BONUS! She is experienced with insulin dosing which my cat Einstein requires.
I’ve had the pleasure of using Cheri to house sit and watch my two dogs several times. The dogs love her! Cheri is kind and attentive. I never worry about anything while I’m gone. She is the only house/dog sitter I will use
Cheri is thoughtful and meticulous with my pets. My pug Oatmeal loves their time together, and my cat Einstein loves curling up with her. She is gentle and fun- the pets are always excited to see her and I have no worries when they are in her hands!
Cheri was so sweet and caring with my kitty. My kitty HATES most people, but I think she may like Cheri more than she likes me! Cheri is prompt, responsible and trustworthy. I'd trust her with Kitty any time!

Harmonogram
I do have a full time position in Mission Valley, but am available from 5pm to 6am worknights, and all day/overnight on weekends. I do not have pets or a family of my own, so it makes my schedule incredibly forgiving for last minute bookings.
