I am a yoga and healing practitioner and love to extent my care and love to animals. I am stepping into the animal assisted wellness field and they are a big part of my work/life! I work from home and would love to offer your pups love, exercise, and some fantastic adventures along the way! I also raise Miniature Australian Shepherds and have come to understand doggy dynamics very well throughout my years as a breeder.

I am happy to offer daily walks in the Comox Valley, and house sitting. Here I have 60 acres for dogs to run and play, spend time with other dogs, and enjoy my family’s companionship. There are outdoor dog runs if need be for my own dogs and an unlimited amount of play opportunities. Our dogs spend nighttime inside with us and we spend our days outdoors exploring.

I would appreciate to know a little bit more about how your dog is on walks, with other dogs, around strangers, and how their recall is prior to heading out on the trail.It would be great to gain some insight on their individual quirks and abilities before babysitting them for the first time. We incorporate a mixture of fun and interactive activities that are both mentally and physically stimulating to all dogs. This includes hikes, swimming, other dog playtime, free range time, treat/happy time, one on one with us, and cuddle time just to name a few. All dogs are treated like part of the family!

It is a passion of mine to ensure all animals are loved and well cared for, I thoroughly enjoy including all animals I care for into my daily adventures and active lifestyle. I work from home and would love to offer at home services to give your pet some extra one on one.

Cherese is literally a pet owners dream. I have never felt so at ease having a person watch my pup and my house. Duke was so happy when we returned, her communication was amazing, and she went above and beyond in taking him on adventures and caring for our favourite guy. Some people just have that natural connection with animals and Cherese is one of those people. And our home was in perfect order. I highly recommend her for walking/ watching your furry family members. We are so happy we found her.
Cheese was awesome. Agreed to mind Rua at short notice and took great care of her.
Cherese took great care of our girl Peaches. She was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated her flexibility with drop off and she sent us sweet pictures to reassure this dog momma. We look forward to using Cherese’s dog sitting services again.
