Pet care experience
Looking after your animals like they’re my own
Growing up, I have always been surrounded by a wide range of Dogs and Cats. Whether that’s my own or a family members. This is where I have grown the love and passion to do what’s best for them and their welfare. During, June of 2025 I came to the end of my studies at SGS Stroud College this is where I completed two courses during my time there. My first year was where I obtained a Diploma in Level 3 Animal Practical. I then went on to study a BTEC National Extended Diploma in Animal Management Level 3. Throughout, my three years at college I have completed a wide range of experience in Animal based sectors some of which include: Veterinary Practices, Doggy Daycare, Dog Walking, Pet Sitting, Physio and Hydrotherapy, Equine yards, Animal sanctuaries. I currently volunteer at a Cat Rescue Centre. Not only have I gained external experiences but throughout my course, I have gained experience on reptiles, avians, small to large mammals and aquatics. Since, September 2025 I have started at Hartpury University where I expand my knowledge within the animal sector. This is where I’m currently studying to become a be Veterinary Nurse. Alongside my course, I work at a local Dog Kennels. I care about animals and their welfare and it’s at the top of my priority to give your animal the attention and care that they require. I would love to carry out their routine like you would: feeding them at the same times, taking them on walks for the same lengths and if they require me to take them to the vets, hydro or physio I’m willing to do so, just let me know. Your animals comfort, happiness and wellbeing is all I care about when I’m with them so letting me know their needs I will meet these to the best of my ability. I look forward from hearing from you and getting to know your lovely animals.

While looking after your animals I’m sure you would what to know what type of care I will be providing to them during the time that they’re with me. - toilet runs during the night if required - feeding routine - exercise schedule -leaving the tv/radio on if required -leaving a light/fan on in the room that they are in. - keeping the dog on the leash if required -administering medication -providing play times -taking them to appointments -providing mental stimulation Whatever your animal needs for them to feel safe I will provide them. If there is anything you feel like your animals need and I haven’t listed just pop me a message and I’m sure I can provide it for them.

100% this lady is the one you want with your animals. From the meet and greet Chenai was friendly, warm and respectful. She's so knowledgeable of animals, was considerate of our dogs needs from the get go and Beau warmed to her immediately. She kept us up to date with pictures and messages every day and it was evident how quickly Beau felt comfortable with her. I cannot recommend Chenai enough for pet sitting! As an owner of chinchillas I find there can be a lack of knowledge in the animal industry on how to properly care for them. This being said Chenai was very confident and had perfect understanding. She cared for my cat, chinchillas and fish with daily photo updates keeping my mind at ease. My cat, who can take a while to warm to new people, absolutely loves her! I will always use Chenai now, would recommend to anyone with diverse or shy pets :)

Schedule
I’m currently a student at SGS college, meaning I have plenty of time to dedicate to your animal and their needs. I’m free from monday - Wednesday after 2:30 and Friday all day as well as both Saturday and Sunday. Let me know when you require my services and I can get you booked in.
