Charne was wonderful taking care of our boy! She provided photos during each visit and played in the yard with him when the weather allowed! He seemed to really enjoy her company.

Charne was awesome. First time using Rover so I was nervous about having someone I didn’t know taking care of my two dogs and being in my home but immediately after meeting Charne ,all of those feelings went away! She constantly kept me updated and sent me pictures so that I could see that my babies were ok. She was on time everyday and spent extra time with my Hank and Daisy. She was truly dedicated in providing and caring for both of my pets! I highly recommend Charne and will definitely be using her again whenever I’m away from home!!!

If you are looking for a drop-in sitter, Charne could be a great choice. She was great with our dogs at the Meet & Greet. She sent pictures and texts daily showing her loving on the dogs and that she was accepted by them. She made sure they were fed and safely secured in our yard. As we had hired her for house sitting as well, we specifically went over our written instructions, expectations and our dogs’ feeding and medication schedule. Day 1 she arrived right on time, fed the dogs their dinner and then left, texting us she had a family dinner commitment but would be back in time for our dogs’ medication at 8:30 p.m. We acknowledged her message reiterating that as long as the medication was given at 8:30 p.m. and they were secured inside by 9 p.m. so they wouldn’t bark late at night to disturb the neighbors they would be ok. When we contacted her at 10 p.m. she said she had had to run by her home to pick up her charger but she was now at our home and she sent a picture of our dogs. However, our security system video shows she didn’t arrive until 10:14 p.m. Day 2 she left after their morning meal and returned at 2 p.m., spent less than 7 minutes, and returned just after 6 p.m, about 2 hours after our dogs’ meal schedule and afternoon medication time as indicated on the instructions. She then departed again at 6:17 p.m. When we texted her just after 10 p.m. she said she was with our dogs and sent pictures, except our security system live video showed our dogs still out front. Our neighbors also called letting us know our dogs were barking excessively outside and alerting us there was a skunk running around the neighborhood. Charne arrived at 10:31 p.m. My house was clean and tidy and my dogs were safe. For a house sitter to stay with our dogs and keep them company, Charne’s commitments did not meet expectations.
