Communication was a breeze; she kept me updated with photos and messages, which put my mind at ease while I was away. Most importantly, my dog absolutely loves her! Great! Arrived on time and the dogs loved her. She played with them and gave them treats. Would recommend
Charlotte came to walk my dog three times when my partner was a patient at Cleveland Clinic and I was staying at a hotel nearby. She dealt with some logistical difficulties with the hotel and took care of Ahsoka. She got Ahsoka some exercise and dealt with her reactivity. Her communication was excellent and I could tell Ahsoka had been well-cared for.

I currently work part-time as a lifeguard at a local pool, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to walk, feed, play with, and care for pets throughout the day.
