We couldn’t recommend Charlie highly enough! She has looked after our dogs for a full week as well as helping with daytime walks and sitting, and she has been absolutely fantastic throughout. Her communication is excellent .We always felt updated and reassured and she shows so much empathy and care towards the dogs. Our older dogs need extra attention with food and medication, and she handled everything perfectly and thoughtfully. What really stood out was how kind and accommodating she was with our older dog who isn’t able to walk much anymore. She was more than happy to take him out in his buggy so that both dogs could still enjoy their walks together, which meant so much to us. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her again or recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate dog sitter and walker.

Charlie looked after Ozzy for the weekend and was great! She came over before to meet us and Ozzy and we were immediately impressed with her calm manner and responsible nature. Ozzy had the best time with Charlie and we will definitely be booking her again!
