Very happy with Charlie from first contact. Very quick to respond to messages, met the dogs to check she was happy to then stay at ours and look after them. Charlie was great with the dogs and they were incredibly content when we got home, would highly recommend and will not hesitate to use her again in the future.

I honestly can’t recommend Charlie enough – she looked after my dog Rocky like he was her own. From the moment she arrived, it was clear how much she genuinely cares for animals. Rocky can be a bit shy with new people, but he warmed to her instantly, which says a lot. Charlie stayed in my home while I was away, and she treated it with the utmost respect. Everything was exactly as I left it – probably even tidier! But most importantly, she made sure Rocky was comfortable, happy, and well-loved. She stuck to his routine perfectly: feeding him on time, giving him his walks, and even spending time playing with him in the garden (his favorite place). She sent me regular updates, photos, and little notes about their day together, which was such a comfort. When I came back, Rocky was relaxed, content, and clearly had a wonderful time – no stress, no anxiety, just a happy pup. I feel incredibly lucky to have found someone like Charlie, and I wouldn’t hesitate to have her back any time we need someone to care for Rocky.

Charlie has been an amazing caregiver for my dog, Max. She is dependable, kind, and clearly has a natural way with animals. Max always gets excited when he sees Charlie, which speaks volumes about the care and affection he receives. I completely trust Charlie to look after Max and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a loving and responsible person.
