Charissa really knows animals! Our dog stayed with her for 3 days and she was wonderful. Very patient, very calming for our dog who has anxiety. We will definitely use Charissa again!
Charissa was so amazing with Lilo and took very good care of her while we were away! She was also very professional and flexible when I had to make a last minute change. We will definitely board with her again in the future!
Charissa is an amazing sitter/kennel. Very professional. There were outdoor play areas fenced and in the shade. Very well kept. She was a great communicator. Shadow will definitely be back
Charissa is great with Nilla. Nilla has a lot of separation anxiety and Charissa is patient with her. Nilla is also not used to other dogs and Charissa helps her adjust at each board.
Charissa is the only person I trust for boarding and daycare needs. My boys always have a great time at Poindexter Park.
Charissa is talented and takes her work seriously. She is professional and has great space for the dogs and this was a great place for our 7 month old to gain socialization. Would go again!

A typical day
We spend most of our days outside (weather permitting). Dog-friendly dogs may have small group playtime (depending on group dynamics), and/or we will play/interact one-on-one so everyone gets their needs met (even dogs who don’t get along with others). We also work on basic manners (ie. leash manners, crate manners, waiting for food, waiting at doorways, and teaching independence).
