As a veterinary technician student, I’m trained to recognize signs of illness, stress, and discomfort, and I’m confident handling pets with medical or behavioral needs. For walks, I check all gear for fit and security before heading out, and I stick to safe, pet-friendly routes. I never force interactions with other animals or people, and I tailor the walk to your pet’s pace and personality. During drop-ins, I ensure doors and gates are secure, follow any feeding or medication instructions closely, and give your pet the attention they need to feel comfortable while you’re away. You’ll receive photo or video updates for peace of mind every visit.

A typical day
I will tailor each walk/visit to what your pet enjoys the most! Whether it be a game of fetch, sniff walks around the neighborhood, or a good jog :) 🥾 Trail Hikes Available! Looking for more than just a stroll around the block? I live near a beautiful local trail and offer trail hikes for pups who love a little adventure! These walks are a great way to burn energy and get some fresh air outside the neighborhood. 🛻 Pick-up available for dogs slightly outside my standard radius (additional fee may apply). ⏱️ Hikes are typically 45–60 minutes — perfect for active dogs or weekend outings! Just mention you're interested in a hike when you message me, and we’ll work out the details!

Hi there, I'm Katie! I have over 15 years of experience caring for pets, both personally and professionally. I'm currently a veterinary technician student with hands-on experience in an animal clinic, where I assist with exams, treatments, and daily care. I'm confident administering medications — including oral, topical, and injectable — and I’m trained to monitor pets for signs of illness or discomfort. In 2015, I worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility, managing playgroups and caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I’ve also had pets my whole life, including senior dogs with mobility issues. I understand how to provide gentle, attentive care tailored to each pet’s age and needs. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family, and I treat every pet with patience, kindness, and respect.
