I like to enter a relationship with a new pet by first meeting them while their owner is around. I find this fosters a sense of safety and trust off the bat. I understand that sometimes it takes a lot of time and patience for a pet to feel comfortable with you and I try to never overstep their comfort level until they feel ready to engage.

A typical day
Whether your pet is a cat or a dog, I believe that all animals require a certain amount of attention, love and stimulation. I will work with you to determine what the current needs and routine if your pet are and try to match/exceed that so the pet don’t feel that they need to break into a new routine. I myself have a high energy level so I love to run around with dogs playing catch or tug of war until they get tired!

I have pet care experience that dates back to my early teenage-hood. In addition, my family has had large dogs that I help to care for since I was very young. Currently I own a 5-year old cat and it has been such a joy to finally know the pleasure or living and loving with a cat! As my experience shows, I truly love animals of all kinds and I know how to best understand what each pet needs and how to accommodate to varying needs. I look forward to helping out with your furry friend😊

Caroline loves animals, and has many years of experience caring for her own pets and dog sitting for neighbors. Caroline grew up with several golden retrievers, and has gained experience walking dogs on a leash, feeding or administering medication on a schedule, and giving the dogs attention and playtime. Caroline is loved by all the dogs she has cared for - I would recommend her as a pet sitter to anyone who wants someone that would care for their dog as well as they care for their own.
